A meeting was held at the National Observatory with the winners of the fifth "Rise" competition

Elnur Safarli, Head of the Board of Directors of the National Observers on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, met with the winners of the fifth “Yukselish” banks, Irshad Asgarkhanli and Goshgar Dashdiyev.

The meeting discussed the role of the work done in the high development of young people, the strengthening of their management departments and the application of innovative approaches in the labor market.

E. Safarli congratulated the winners and noted that the creation of the intellectual potential of “Yukselish” bank and the involvement of young people in public administration have brought significant benefits.

Irshad Asgarkhanli and Goshgar Dashdiyev shared their experiences and talked about the opportunities they provided them. They voiced their views on the application of new ideas in the market, the preparation of innovative projects in the field of social protection and the active participation of young people in this potential.

It was noted at the meeting that the initiatives of young people will be received and a contribution will be made to the implementation of their projects.

"Yukselish" Bank was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan and a cash prize of 20 thousand manat for self-development from their mentors.
