The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population has conducted a masterclass on "Artificial Intelligence and Management".
The training, held at the Training and Development Centre of the National Observatory, brought together staff members of the Ministry and its subordinate institutions.
During the training, conducted by Jeyhun Salmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the participants were briefed on various areas of application of artificial intelligence (AI).
Furthermore, the issues regarding the use of AI in governance, data processing, and the development of analytical approaches were explained.
The participants were introduced to the operating principles of artificial intelligence models, the opportunities these technologies create in public services, as well as the potential risks encountered during their implementation.
The session also included discussions on the impact of AI on the labour market, the transformation of jobs, and the growing demand for future skills.
