A comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) programme has been successfully concluded within the cooperation framework between the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Centre for Labour and Social Security Training and Research (ÇASGEM) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye.
Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory, together with Elif Gökçearslan, Chairperson of ÇASGEM, who is currently on an official visit to Baku, presented certificates to the participants.
This programme for trainers equipped the attendees with practical examples demonstrating modern presentation techniques, methods for enhancing visual communication, and strategies for effective audience engagement.
During the training, the trainees had the opportunity to develop key competencies such as structuring a presentation, conveying messages clearly, selecting appropriate visual aids, and fostering effective interaction with the audience.
